Well-appointed, full-service sites with direct to septic along with both potable and non-potable water connections.
Thoughtfully sized, they offer a relaxing stay with classic charm.
Our seasonal site fees for 2026 start at $4,975 plus hst and electricity.
Select Site
Offering a more expansive layout and/or an enhanced vantage point, our Select Sites provide the same full-service utilities along with extra space and elevated surroundings.
Signature Site
The ultimate experience-generously sized, with a prime location, and the same full-service utilities.
Our Signature Sites bear the mark of premium location, layout and personal distinction.
Boat Slips
Members-only boat Slips, with direct access to beautiful Weller’s Bay-your Gateway to Lake Ontario.
Select Slips may offer shore power, subject to availability.
Winter storage is available at an additional cost.
RV Sites
Gateway Oasis is a boutique RV park with fewer than 50 spacious and thoughtfully maintained sites, designed for relaxation, comfort and a slower pace by the bay.
Offering full-service 30-amp sites perfectly suited for travel trailers, Airstreams, Class B, and Class C motorhomes. Perfect for couples & mid-sized rigs.
For our overnight and/or short term guests, sites 28-31 are available for booking.

30 amp electric

Our Private Boat Slips
We offer over 50 boat slips along the sheltered waters of Weller’s Bay, complete with with an excellent concrete boat launch.
Select Shoreline Slips include:

Seasonal launch passes may also be available upon application and approval.
Please note that our boat launch is reserved for approved guests and pass holders only.
Important Safety Note
The speed limit within the park is 10km/hour and is strictly enforced. Ignoring this limit will result in loss of access to the Sites & Slips
