RV Park Policies

Our Season

Our season runs from the second weekend in May to Thanksgiving. The seasonal camping policies include a fee that covers one trailer, accommodating a maximum of 2 adults. Please note that site leases are non-transferable and must adhere to campground regulations. Additionally, any sale of a trailer on site where the purchasers wish to retain the site must be approved by Park Management, in accordance with RV park rules.

Lot Maintenance

Lawn cutting and grass trimming will be maintained by park staff in accordance with campground regulations. Occupants will be expected to maintain their lots on an ongoing basis, adhering to RV park rules (i.e. remove clutter and furniture in preparation for maintenance) as part of the seasonal camping policies.

24 Hour Common Courtesy Rule

While set quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. we encourage the 24 hour common courtesy rule in that at all times please be respectful and mindful of all fellow occupants within the park and our neighbours.

Vehicles

One vehicle per site is allowed unless prior arrangements are made. Please adhere to campground regulations and park other vehicles in designated areas as per the RV park rules.

Pets

Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept on a leash to comply with campground regulations. Owners are also required to clean up after their pets, in accordance with RV park rules and seasonal camping policies.

Decks/sheds/add-on rooms

Decks, sheds, and add-on rooms or porches must receive management approval prior to construction, in accordance with campground regulations, RV park rules, and seasonal camping policies. At no point is there to be any more than one 8×8 shed on a seasonal site.

Selling

Any sale of an RV/Park Model unit, shed, deck and/or add-a-room must be pre approved by management along with an agreement of the related terms and conditions.

We have a 15 year guideline in place on campers. Management reserves the right to make exceptions to this guideline.
