Nestled on six beautifully manicured acres, our park offers an authentic, unpretentious environment. Our approach is simple but uncompromising: spotless facilities, beautifully kept grounds, and private, members-only boat slips. This is a meticulously maintained, peaceful retreat where the beauty of the bay and tranquelity of the park takes center stage.

A Thriving New Culture

A fresh wave of RV’ers and Boaters are discovering the unique rhythm of our park, and a lively, close-knit culture is taking root. The heart of our growing community is found in shared experiences. Weekly life revolves around our beloved Saturday morning coffee gatherings and an inviting pool just waiting for those relaxing afternoons together. Throughout the season, we also host a select number of highly anticipated special events—from live performances and paint nights to our famous horse races—bringing everyone together for a great time. It is a welcoming, spirited atmosphere where neighbors quickly become friends.

You will notice the simple fish symbol integrated into our design and story. The Ichthys (fish) represents two things: the amazing local fishing experiences, and the ancient symbol of Christian hospitality and peace. For us, it defines the bedrock of who we are and inspires the warmth & genuine care we extend to all our guests.
