Make Gateway your perfect Oasis Looking to upgrade/buy that ultimate seasonal unit? We can source, order, and deliver brand-new, premium park models and travel trailers directly to your site. Skip the dealership logistics; we handle the delivery and exact placement for you.
In-House Custom Decking To ensure the highest standard of quality and preserve the resort's clean look, all custom decking and site enhancements are built exclusively in-house by our Gateway Oasis team.
Just Turn the Key Work with us to design your perfect layout, and we will handle the heavy lifting. When you arrive for your first weekend, your new trailer and custom-built deck will be completely finished and waiting for you. Just drop your bags, step out onto your new deck, and start enjoying the bay immediately.

2026 Season May 8th to Sunday October 11th (157 days)
2027 Operating Season: May 1st 2027 to the weekend after Thanksgiving weekend (169 days)
Seasonal Site Rates: Starting at $5,495 ($32.51/day) plus HST, includes a $400* electricity credit
Boat Slips: Exclusive to members starting at $750+ HST per season. Select Slips have shore power & water hookups
Site Hookups: Include 30-amp power, potable (drinking) water & direct sewer hookup
Park Amenities: We offer a pristine swimming pool, Clubhouse with events and activities, laundry, Saturday morning Community Coffee
Park Rules: We are a peaceful, respectful & pet-friendly community
Community Focused: We encourage community events and discourage excessive parties found in other parks.
